Today’s Special

Regretfully, Solaris Restaurant is closed. After repeated attempts over the past year to renegotiate the lease with our Landlord, We have failed to come to an agreement. The effect of the Economic Downturn has been dramatic on the Food Industry nationwide, especially here in southern Arizona – as evidenced by recent news of restaurant closures all over Tucson. This outcome is unexpected, but we hope to make the best of a bad situation. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all our employees who were with us to this (unexpected) end. Thanks to all of our friends, supporters and loyal customers, many of whom are like family to us. We hope to see you all soon in our next venture.
